To define a procedure for operation of the Heating Oven.

PROCEDURE
-
Keep the toggle switch at the left side to activate the digital temperature controller. In case the digital controller is not working, keep the toggle switch at the right side to activate the manual controller.
-
Adjust the position of the ventilator (located on the top of the oven) as per the following:
-
For temperature up to 100 °C – Keep the ventilator closed.

For temperature up to 150 °C – Unscrew the ventilator to 2 mm.

For temperature up to 250 °C – Unscrew the ventilator to 3 mm.

Switch on the oven.
-
Set the required temperature in the digital temperature controller.
-
Wait for 15-30 minutes till the temperature is achieved inside the oven.

Keep the specimen for the required duration in the oven.
